Steve was so nice, informative and not pushy! He responds quickly and even took us for house tours on short notice and during a holiday weekend! Highly recommend Steve!

We had our home for sale by owner. Steve contacted us to see if we would be willing to work with him. We had our home with 2 other realtors prior to Steve with no movement or serious inquiries. After having our home on the market off and on for 2 years with other realtors, Steve sold our home in a matter of a few months. He showed the home to potential buyers, and worked with us through the entire process. He looked out for our best interest and explained every step of the process. He went out of his way to negotiate in our favor and talked us through every step, with honest, helpful feedback. It was evident he enjoys what he is doing, and cares about his clients. I would not use any other realtor in the future, and would most definitely use him again.
