Stephanie Svanda helped my wife and me find and purchase our dream retirement home in Menasha. Stephanie represents Century 21 Ace Realty and is a consummate professional who clearly, time and again, demonstrated that she had our interests at heart. She clearly knows the details of her profession, when to negotiate and when to hold firm on conditions and offers. In addition to being thoroughly professional, Stephanie was a wonderful positive force that helped us close the deal. She has an infectious laugh and never minded answering our numerous questions. Stephanie’s business card claims her goal is “Helping Plant Roots” and that is exactly what she helped this couple do. Now we are returning to "replant roots" and retire in the “Fox Cities” after 30 years in the mid-Atlantic. She gets 11 out of 10 stars in our book.

Stephanie was patient with my wife and I trying to agree on what we wanted. She was quick, we would give her a list and she would show us them the next day and even when I would spring one up on her while we where looking that day 90% of the time she would get us in to look at it. She must have shown us 30 houses, had two close calls but she kept us up beat and pressing forward always having our best interest in mind. She made buying a house so much fun. Thanks for finding us our dream home.

Stephanie is truly WONDERFUL and AMAZING at her job. We buy and sell lots of real estate and we are so happy to have her as our agent. We wouldn't trade her for anyone!!!!

I enjoyed working with Stephanie on the purchase of my home. She was there for the entire process from finding the home to signing paperwork at closing, and always had a smile on her face. Stephanie was always available for any kind of question that would arise. I have already recommended her to another family member who has decided to sell his home.
