Janell took over the sale of our home and brought in local realtors for feedback then sold our home very quickly. She also helped us find a realtor in another state when we moved. Through her connections found us a high quality realtor that helped us get top dollar for our home when we moved in TN.

Stephanie helped us with purchasing a new house, as well as selling our old house. I'd recommend her to anyone, as she was phenomenal to work with. I always had the feeling that Stephanie "had our back" during the process. The house we purchased was a bit unique, as there was a relocation company involved (by the seller), as well as issues with the home inspection and an easement. Throughout all of it, Stephanie was very thorough, and made sure all aspects were in order prior to finalizing our offer. I was able to reach Stephanie at nearly any time of day, which was very important to me. During the search for a new home, she didn't try to talk us into anything, rather, she provided us with information to let us make an informed decision.

When selling our house this past Christmas season, we could not have asked for a better experience than the incredible service provided by Stephanie Svanda! Every aspect of the sale was masterfully handled, from setting the selling price, to the marketing, to staging, showings, and the offer that came in less than a week during the biggest holiday of the year! Stephanie's personal touches, her kindness, and her near constant availability to answer our questions went so far beyond our expectations! She made sure we knew exactly where we were. In the process at all times, from before we listed to the day we closed, going above and beyond to ensure coordination between all three title companies to ensure our funding was available in time to lose on our new home. We've bought and sold several homes, but out experience with Stephanie was by far the best experience we've ever had. We cannot recommend Stephanie more highly!
