Nicole has been our realtor through our first and now second home buying experience. This time around, she’s also assisted us in selling our first home as well. We cannot possibly say enough amazing things about working with her! She has kept us in her thoughts by going out of her way to acknowledge us as valued clients by sending thoughtful cards and small gifts for things like Christmas and our home anniversary! She actually found our first home for us, knowing what we were looking for and bringing it to our attention right away. She got us in for a showing before it hit the market. She’s always easily/quickly available for showings and any other questions we’ve had in our home buying process. She was even working to help us sell our home while on her company retreat this year. The girl just goes above and beyond for her clients! And now that we’ve been with her through the years, we’ve also been able to work with her team at Cardinal Realty, and they’ve also been amazing — following up promptly and efficiently with all the closing process emails. One of her staff even had to come help get us back in our house after the appraiser accidentally locked us out, and they helped at the drop of a hat on a Friday afternoon. If anyone has a kind of picky, tough to impress husband like mine (IYKYK), then you should know that my husband trusts Nicole whole-heartedly. If you’re buying and/or selling, it’s a no-brainer. Nicole was amazing to work with. She gave me a timeline for everything right in the beginning and walked me through the process. She was always there with any questions I had and the communication about showings, any appointments that were needed to be scheduled, any documents that needed to be done/signed, and really everything involved with the whole selling process was outstanding. I would recommend her to anyone.

We just closed on our first home last week with the help of Lindsay. I don’t think my husband and I could have picked a better realtor. Lindsay was fun, professional, and always kept our interests & goals at the forefront of our conversations. There was never any pressure to do one thing over another either. We had soooo many questions as first time home buyers & we asked them all because Lindsay made us feel so comfortable. She advocated for us every time which was extremely reassuring. Honestly kind of sad we don’t get to continue seeing her because she was just that great!
