Stephanie is a complete dream to work with! This isn’t our 1st purchase by far but it was the simplest, easiest from beginning to getting the keys, that we’ve ever experienced in any market! She knew the area, understood our unique needs, helped us weed out anything that didn’t work for us, helped us negotiate, showed us properties multiple times, then when we found the exact right home the process was done so quickly we were kind of shocked. She’s all business in getting it done. Will definitely seek her out for our next adventures!

Stephanie was amazing! Five Stars - highly recommend! We started with looking for rentals and potential homes to purchase with Stephanie in January after a recommendation from a friend. She gave us a great introduction, taught us about the area, and setup automated searches to help us find the right home for our family. She was the most helpful and thorough realtor we’ve ever worked with! From our initial search, multiple showings and home inspections, all the way through closing she was there for us every step of the way. We looked at a lot of houses and had a ton of questions, all of which she was so responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with us. She helped resolve so many questions and negotiation points with the sellers and lender over a few months. Stephanie was absolutely awesome. We highly recommend her!

Our experience with Stephanie has been wonderful. She is helpful and knowledgeable of the area/market. She has gone above and beyond to help us sell our home in 45 days. We couldn't have been more pleased with our selling experience with Stephanie. We initially met and came up with a plan for getting our house ready for the market.
