Buying a house remotely was extremely nerve-wracking. Stephanie was more than a realtor. She went above and beyond to answer every question, calm every fear, and handle every bump in the road. She kept us informed throughout the process and really looked out for us. Once we were able to finally fly out a see the house, it was like seeing an old friend. If you are thinking of moving or purchasing a home in Mesquite I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie. We reside in Florida and she has been such a help in getting our property closed in Mesquite. In my opinion, there is only one realtor in Mesquite and Stephanie Cannon is the one.
