Stephanie went above and beyond helping us find a house. She worked around our schedule and worked crazy hours to accommodate us. She was very willing to show us many different properties. She was very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods and what would fit our interest best. She is the best.

I worked with Stephanie to find a home for our upcoming move to Mesquite. Each property she showed us became progressively better and all fit our wishes and requirements. By the second day, we found our new home in the right community for us. Stephanie teamed up with other professionals who worked to make things happen. Her assistance when we had issues moved us along, and we closed in record time. This was the first real estate transaction in my 65 years that did not frustrate and irritate me during the paper chase and funding process. I highly recommend Stephanie Cannon and will use her again when we purchase some planned investment properties.

Stephanie has been such a blessing to work with. I flew in from back East and spent an entire day with Stephanie and found the home of our dreams in Sun City. Was very easy to sign docs with DocuSign and got an early close. Got moved in 11/2/23. Listed our condo the morning of 11/9/23 with Stephanie and within 2 hours had an offer before it hit multiple listing. We are having Stephanie write up another offer for our 1031 exchange tomorrow. Words cannot describe how efficient and helpful she is to work with. She has a network of team members that make things happen with such ease.

We used Stephanie Cannon for the purchase of two properties in Mesquite. Best real estate agent we have ever worked with. She went above and beyond on everything.
