Alex was the perfect realtor. He went out of his way to make our home sale go as smoothly as possible. He helped us take care of all the odds and ends to get the property listed, and sold it faster than we could have hoped for. He clearly has a ton of experience in the Mesquite market and knew exactly what we needed to do to get things done. Would 10/10 recommend working with him.

We can't have enough about Alexander Gutierrez as our real estate agent from ERA Mesquite, NV. We recommend 300% for Alex's service for those looking to buy homes locally, out-of-state, or even out-of-country. He's a fantastic real estate agent but, for us, he's a wonderful human being & we feel totally blessed to have had Alex as our agent throughout our recent home purchase experience. There's not enough positive adjectives or adverbs to describe how AWESOME he was with his ability to make us feel comfortable and at ease during the entire process. Just a little bit of the background about our story, which is complicated and involved. My husband and I were looking to relocate from out-of-state, actually, out-of-country, when we first got introduced to Alex via home web search in the Mesquite area. We sold our home and everything in Arizona and were doing exploratory traveling off and on outside the U.S. for a few years. Eventually, we decided to return to the U.S. and wish to have a new place to call home, Mesquite was on our radar and entered Alex. He reached out to us sometime in June 2023 when we were visiting Mexico so we told him our situation and, right there and then, he showed such Grace and understanding in helping us achieve our plans. Long story short, we continue to communicate based on what we told Alex of what we are looking for. He diligently connected us to his website and went from there. It's not until a few months later that we return to the U.S. in September and met up with Alex in October to view homes. Once we met Alex in person, he confirmed what we felt about him over the previous months was correct. His professionalism, with a very down-to-earth demeanor made us feel the warmth of the new city and feel ready to get more acquainted with Mesquite Nevada. He's knowledgeable, attentive, accommodating, and diligently working to find the perfect home for us since we have some strict limitations, as well as timing as to when we can have sufficient funds to purchase a home and he made it seem simple. During home viewings, Alex was extremely patient and had great insights, along with constructive comments, for us to consider doing our decision making. Once we had decided on a home, he went above and beyond with an all-in-one service by connecting us with required services (i.e. inspector, pest control, maintenance, housekeeping, movers, which were all excellent and affordable) for us to have everything ready to move into our new home. Thank you so much Alex. You are not just our wonderful real estate agent; you are our first good friend here in Mesquite, NV. We feel blessed all the way!!!

I have to share my experience with Alex. From the initial conversation 2 months ago to the sale proceeds deposit to my account 45 days later. Alex was there! I would recommend NO one else in Mesquite to buy or sell your next home. Alex is a go getter, professional and above all, he is there for you! Your not just another seller or buyer with Alex. Your a real person!! Great job Alex, your the man!!!
