I/We had an excellent experience working with Candace. She has a warm and friendly personality which made it a joy and pleasure to work with. She listened to what we were looking for and focused her time on finding, and viewing land that only met our criteria. Also, I'd like to add, that during the whole process, as long as it was (several months), Candace was always quick to answer my calls, text, and emails of which I very much appreciated. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable real estate experience.

Candace is a great realtor who actually cares, and not just getting the sale. She has your best interests by listening to what you want and finding exactly what you’re looking for. In fact we purchased the first home she showed us which was new construction. Also, Candace is honest with you regarding any home issues even finding them herself. Lastly, Candace is very responsive and will assist you through any hurdles throughout the buying process.

I chose to work with Eden, because she had helped my sister find her home, and i really liked that she was prepared when showing my sister homes and helped her find her home! Eden was very knowledgeable and worked with My Husband to find the best starter home for us! She helped make sure we got the repairs we needed before closing and was always prepared for all of my questions! Hopefully we won’t need another home for a long time but I know the next time we buy, we will definitely use Eden again as our agent!
