I had just gone through a bunch of stressful life changes in a short period of time. When I decided to buy a home, Stefanie knew I had a lot on my plate already, and made buying a home with her help a smooth and seamless process. She spent all day showing me many different homes, helped me narrow it down and when I chose the one, she got the offer in and a signed accepted contract within hours. No waiting and wondering and stressing. The whole process went smooth. I highly recommend Stefanie Pratt. She really cares about her clients and it shows in so many ways!

Our experience with Stefanie was wonderful! She sat with me before listing our home and really explained the selling process. She did not pressure us to list but as soon as we decided to list with her she got right to work! We listed our house on a Thursday night, by Friday we had showing requests to show and by Sunday afternoon we had accepted an offer. She really is a wonderful and knowledgeable agent!
