I've had the good fortune to have Jeff's support in acquiring two properties in the past 4 years. Our first purchase was made during the tail-end of Covid when the market was very competitive, but Jeff put together an offer the sellers were enticed to accept quickly, which ensured we reached an agreement quickly and got the house before the market changed again. Not being from New England, we didn't know to ask for certain inspections, which Jeff ordered and from the findings, we ended up with a settlement at closing to get things like asbestos removed prior to moving in. Our second purchase, a few years later, was also complex because we had a limited window to complete a 1031 exchange and find a new property. Jeff took us to many showings over several weekends and even got us through a bid on a property we ultimately had to back out of before finally landing the house we ended up buying. In addition to being persistent and patient, he gives us practical advice about the value of properties and is very knowledgeable about neighborhoods throughout the region so we remained focused on solid investments in good areas. Jeff has personal experience owning, renovating, and selling properties so we were in good hands throughout our search. When we weren't yet ready to find another investment property, Jeff was willing to put together a prospectus on our own house's value when we were looking to get a HELOC from the bank. His research gave us the confidence we would be able to access the equity out of our home. He's an invaluable resource and a very good friend.

Tracie was amazing in the sale of my East Haven condo. She helped me with staging ideas and informed me in a timely manner of where we were in the process every step of the way. She called or texted me with updates. I had already left my condo for a job opportunity in a neighboring state and she went by at least once a week to check on it and called to notify me each time.
