Sonia did a great job tracking down homes for me to see. I lived several hours away but she made time to meet with me on my schedule. She negotiated the buy and didn’t back down from the seller or lender. She gets the job done.

Sonia is first and foremost knowledgeable and professional. In addition, she is compassionate, persistent, communicative, and forthright. This was a family home being sold by an estate with a lot of family members involved. She somehow managed to navigate all of the emotions and opinions and make it a good selling experience. I can't say enough about how easy and fast Sonia made my sale. She was always available, kept in close touch, recommended professionals to do repairs to ready property for sale. I had a lot of questions and Sonia had limitless patience. It was over and done 7 days after it hit the market! I recommend Sonia and her team without reservation. I can’t say enough about Sonia. Working as buyer’s agent she was right on each and every request for a showing, discerning and observant and objective. She didn’t try to gloss over what might be issues impeding a sale and pointed out positives I might have overlooked. Once I’d decided on a place it was full steam ahead, offering strategies and terms that helped me win the bidding without overpaying. Then on to closing quickly and efficiently. She’s a great negotiator, the perfect lady with a trace of bulldog when you need it! I never had to wait for a call back. She was always there to explain every step, to answer questions and get answers. Highly, highly recommend!
