Sherry listed our house but she brought us a buyer even before the listing hit the market. The buyer was not her client but someone that was looking at another one of her listings that didn't exactly fit what the buyer wanted. After talking with this buyer, Sherry knew our house checked all the boxes. Sherry also helped us negotiate the right price on our new house. Sherry also helped us find contractors to handle a few of the inspection punch list items on both properties. We were also able to obtain a great mortgage contact from Sherry.

Sherry is awesome. We had several unexpected things come up during our closing. Sherry was quick to handle any & everything that was thrown our way. She can handle both difficult people & situations. We were blessed to have her on our team.

Although the spirit was willing, my attitude regarding a scant knowledge base of home purchasing nuances made me hesitant. Sherry's courteous, unpretentious and down to earth brand of professionalism was a key element in creating what evolved into a completely positive learning and productive home buying experience. As if that wasn't enough, she also formed an excellent rapport with my spouse, which made the situation that much more comfortable for me.

Very courteous with her time and showing us tons of houses around the charlotte area. Excellent customer service skills. Very personable and knowledgable of the home buying process (VA home loan for us)! Would recommend Sherry to anyone without hesitation!

Such a great experience! Long time family friend who knows what she’s doing! Highly recommed her to anyone looking to buy or sell. It was our first home so she coached us through all the details and through all the questions I had.
