Sherry Carr is the hardest working realtor I've ever worked with. I've been in the real estate investment business for over 10 years and the things Sherry has been able to do have been amazing. She would sell upwards of 7 condos at a time to assist us with our 1030 exchange and sold all of them before her deadline. On top of this she has always helped us fill our empty units and get our homes into selling shape. She has been a great asset to our company and we would have not been able to grow so fast without her expertise. We have used other realtors in the past but Sherry is now always our first call. If you want a great responsive hard working agent to work with Sherry is your realtor.

Buying a home was really overwhelming because of budget and location. Then to add to that, there is the issue of finding an agent you can trust. I was so fortunate to meet Sherry. She was not only honest and trustworthy, but extremely efficient and attentive. Most importantly, she was super patient with me. Sherry really took the time to show me many, many listings because I was picky and couldn't make up my mind. Eventually she helped me find the home I truly wanted. It was love at first sight. Then Sherry helped me through each step of the buying process. I don't know how she put up with my endless amount of questions, but she was always so eager to help me and very knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly and I was so happy! I highly recommend Sherry and will use only her as my realtor.
