Sheila did a fantastic job helping sell our house in Furlong. She provided recommendations on sale price, decorations, fixture updating, painting, and staging, which all came together to receiving 3 offers within the first 24 hours of showing the house. Sheila was very responsive through the process and ultimately negotiated a full-ask, non-contingency offer which closed seamlessly in 6 weeks from offer.
