Sheila Lanier

Sheila Lanier is a Fredericksburg native, born and raised in Stafford County, married to Josh and raising a daughter in the Stafford area. She started her career in commercial real estate in 2005 working for a legacy developer, The Silver Companies. In 2016, Sheila switched to the residential side of real estate and has developed a flourishing career and remarkable reputation amongst her clients and fellow Realtors. Sheila has a tenacious work ethic and possesses both emotional intelligence and the professionalism that is critical to be successful in this past faced field. Sheila and her team are in constant communication with her clients as they go through the home buying and selling process. She is both a homeowner and an income property owner, which makes her empathetic to clients as they experience the current real estate climate.
