She listed and sold our home, then sent us homes within our parameters to view/visit, but went above and beyond to find us our dream home before it even hit the market! As a first time seller Shawna helped me navigate threw the difficulties of selling a house very easily. Was a huge help sifting threw all the offers and finding us the best deal. She was easy to work with, always quick on responses, answered any questions I had and was a huge help with changes I could make to help with selling the house. I can’t thank her enough and really appreciate everything she did. Highly recommend!

Shawna was very helpful and objective in her approach to listing the home. She does not deliver a over-promising sales pitch but instead listens to the problem / question and addresses exactly that, which was a refresher for me given my prior experiences. Would recommend her services to any prospective buyer / seller!
