Nina ( Xue Ru) has been so helpful from the very beginning of the process when I informed her of my intention to look for investment properties in Rochester area. She is so knowledgeable about the city and definitely channeled me to the right areas to focus. In the short span of a couple of months, she has helped me successfully secured two properties and we are working on third one. In this tight market, it is nearly a miracle to be able to achieve that outcome. She works very hard. No matter on weekdays or weekends, she is always responsive and accommodating. Just want to take a moment to give a BIG THANK YOU to Nina. She is an amazing agent !

I referred 2 of my co-workers to Nina Ren. It was the first time buying a home for each of them. Nina found the perfect home for both families within a couple of weeks. I have spoken with them since and they are extremely happy with Nina. They told me she sent them listings every day, and was available whenever they wanted to see a house. They both felt that she truly cared about their needs and wants, and was a great advocate in negotiating the final price of their homes.

She was so warm, enthusiastic and informative - And I felt like she had a strong grasp of what I was looking for in a house. So she wasn’t just sending me random listings. She was sending me leads that looked super promising, and that were worth the 6-hour drive to see in person, since I was looking to move to Rochester from a different state. Not just that, but I trusted her to equip me with what I needed to know to make informed decisions about buying a house, and making the best offer possible. Honestly, she gave me the confidence I needed to feel like I was going to get the house of my dreams. (And spoiler alert: I did!) Plus, she’s incredibly well organized and won’t leave you hanging. When Brittany was out of town on a well-deserved holiday, she had another agent from Q work with us, take us to showings, and give us the same care and attention that Brittany herself would. Truly - I’m so happy I met her. And would recommend her to any buyers (especially first-timers like me!) looking to find your next home.

Brittany and Sarah went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. From making themselves available with our crazy schedule, answering a million questions and always being open and honest about homes and how we want to proceed with offers. We are BEYOND thankful for these two and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy. We know we will definitely be using these two for any future selling/buying. Brittany went above and beyond with helping my husband and I find our first home! As soon as we got in touch with her about searching for houses, she went right to work! She made herself available for tours whenever worked best for our schedules and accommodated any last minute changes we had. We couldn’t have done it without her!
