Sarah was my realtor and exceeded all of my expectations. She was super sweet, knowledgeable, and understanding. I would watch the home buying websites like a hawk and if I reached out to my realtor, she would already know all about them! I appreciated her patience with me as I viewed several properties. Nina ( Xue Ru) has been so helpful from the very beginning of the process when I informed her of my intention to look for investment properties in Rochester area. She is so knowledgeable about the city and definitely channeled me to the right areas to focus. In the short span of a couple of months, she has helped me successfully secured two properties and we are working on third one.
