I recently had the pleasure of working with Sharon Hubbard in my quest to find the perfect home, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. From our initial meeting to the closing of the deal, Sharon went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of every step of the way. One of the aspects that truly stood out to me was Sharon's exceptional ability to delegate tasks on my behalf. She took charge of coordinating various aspects of the home-buying process, from scheduling viewings to liaising with other parties involved, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and efficiently. This proactive approach alleviated much of the stress typically associated with buying a home, allowing me to focus on what mattered most: finding the perfect property. I cannot recommend Sharon Hubbard highly enough to anyone in search of a reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated real estate professional.

She sold a property in a community where I was not familiar with housing trends, and guided me though appropriate pricing. She advocated when it was needed, and provided advice such as what to do to best prepare the home for sale. Communication was consistent and timely. Great experience!

Sharon was referred to us by Veterans United; she was the perfect realtor to help us find our new home. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to the whole buying and selling process. She never minded going back to a house several times, which is definitely helpful in decision making. When I would reach out to her with questions, she was very prompt with her responses. What was appreciated most is her kindness and her “laid back” personality. We would do business with her again without any reservations.
