Mary Anncontacted us quickly and was really valuable in each step of the process. I was moving from another state & Mary Ann helped arrange each step in the process when I was available. She showed us a couple of similar houses near the one that we had picked out so that we could make the best informed decision. I could not have been more pleased with her work & personality! You could tell that she wanted the fairest deal for us. You absolutely cannot go wrong working with Mary Ann!!!

We were moving from Phoenix to Garrett KS and found a house we were interested in on Zillow. I found a few local agents in the area and made some calls. Mary Ann Pearson was the first to call me back and lucky we were. Mary Ann knew of the house we were interested in and was quickly able to give us information on it. We asked about several other homes and she had knowledge of all of them and she was able to text me information on them. We decided on one and did a video walk through on it and gave me names of people to do the general inspection and electrical inspection and sewer inspection. She had to visit the property several times during these inspections to be sure they took place in a timely manner. She also set up the title company and got me the information to get the utilities turned on. On our drive to Garnett from Phoenix she gave us a text telling us the house was ours and met us there when we arrived. I would suggest not buying a house site unseen unless you are using a professional agent like Mary Ann Pearson. She is the best!

Mary Ann is awesome! We looked for a long time, in many area towns, and at many houses! She always went out of her way to make us feel welcome and important! If you need to buy or sell she will give you a thousand percent! Can’t go wrong using her!
