Shannon is the best! Due to a serious health issue about 6 months ago, we decided to move from FL to be closer to our children. In looking for a realtor, our daughters had used Shannon in the past and said she had a proven track record in purchases and sales. After giving her a call, she worked diligently with us and our daughters to find us a great home! She recommended inspectors and was involved in insuring there was follow up on any issues. Shannon is amazing—that’s all you really need to know. But if you want details, here are a few things we loved about working with her. 1. We’re moving from out of state, and it wasn’t easy for us to spend a lot of time exploring Knoxville. Shannon was key in helping us determine the right areas for our family. We also relied on her suggestions for choosing inspectors and other professionals…they were all excellent. 2. In a competitive market, Shannon went above and beyond in helping us make our offer the winning one. 3. She was clearly more interested in making us happy than just making a sale. She advocated for us every step of the way. We feel so lucky that we ended up working with Shannon and would 100% use her again.

Tiffany offered exceptional service and really helped us stay in the game in a very competitive market. As out of state buyers she went above and beyond what was expected. We look forward to working with her again and will recommend her services at a drop of a hat.

Kathleen did an amazing job. We had very specific needs, and she worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home in the height of the insanity of the 2021 market. She’s efficient, professional, and quick to communicate. We were picky, and I probably had a million questions, but she was continually patient, knowledgeable, and cheerful. She was excellent during the search, the purchase, and afterwards—we really couldn’t have done it without her!

Kathleen was extremely knowledgeable about the market and where we might find what we were looking for. Her connections in the industry helped us find the right place and she was gracious throughout the process as we learned what our money would buy. (It had been too long since we had searched for a house, and our initial expectations were not realistic.)
