Highly Recommend Shane. He knows the Annapolis & DMV area so well. Extremely knowledgeable. Shane made the process of buying super easy and stress free. Shane is a no bs guy and has your best interest in mind. He is easy to reach and very responsive. Love that he acts fast when we wanted to make an offer ASAP. We are very happy with the house that Shane found for us and very happy with the offer we made on it. Shane knows how to get deals done. Will definitely use Shane for our next house.

We are SO HAPPY we decided to work with Shane to purchase our first home. After interviewing several realtors, we picked Shane for his knowledge of the area we were looking in and thoroughness in discussing what we wanted. He was incredibly flexible and responsive throughout the process, working around our unpredictable schedules with a toddler and long commute from where we were renting. The market was really hot while we were searching, so Shane's quick responses, along with ability to talk us through the really complicated processes of home-buying in a non-overwhelming and patient way, were critical. We highly recommend Shane to anyone who wants a great realtor who will walk you through every detail (several times), be super flexible and responsive to work around crazy lives, and be a friend to help navigate this crazy market. This is our second time working with Shane in the home-buying process (first time selling). Shane is very knowledgeable about the market and knew what it would take to both sell our home and find our next purchase. He was able to sell our home for $25K over asking (which helped us a TON on the buying end) and was on top of any new listings that popped up that he thought we'd be interested in. Thanks to him our first offer was accepted! He is quick to respond and willing to answer any questions we had. Cannot recommend him enough!

Shane’s market knowledge, attention to detail and honesty through the entire process made purchasing our home a very enjoyable experience. Shane answered all questions we had quickly and with all details we were interested in. He was with us through every step of the process and beyond happy with the experience is how we would rate Shane.

If I were to describe my experience with Aly as a “5 ?? “, it would be an understatement. Very thorough and transparent. The process was conforming to both the seller and the buyers needs. Very swift and thorough close with nothing left out. Never left my comfort zone while in the process of buying the home of both my wife and I dreams. I’d use her again, as well as recommend her to anybody serious about perusing the home they’ve always dreamed of. And she buys good cupcakes.
