There is not enough room to notate all of the positive words my wife and I have to say about Sean. His work, attitude, and character are the absolute definition of: experience, professionalism, and integrity. His strategy to bring buyers to our home was well planned, and non invasive to our daily life. He was helpful in his opinion of last mi lnute staging ideas, and really took time to learn about the property itself; about why we fell in love with it to begin with. He was able to capture asking price, and had an agreed upon contract in just 72 hours from time listed!

Drew Warfuel has helped me both buy and sell a house! If you want the best in SC this is your guy! Not only is he knowledgeable, prompt and trustworthy, if he doesnt know the answers he will get them for you. His advice is always from experience and for the benefit of his clients.
