Scott is an amazing agent. Selling my home had some particular challenges, and he went above and beyond to assist in any way possible. He's extremely knowledgeable and can find a solution to almost any problem. He always provided multiple options and expertly advised me in the positive and negative aspects of each option. I was extremely happy with the outcome. It exceeded my expectations. Beyond simply finding a buyer, he acted as an intermediary with lawyers and located storage space that fit my needs. He genuinely cares about his clients and will do everything in his power to make things go as smoothly as possible. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My husband and I live in Charlotte and needed help selling our house in the Boone area. Scott was the best. I’m so glad we found him. He’s an expert on the area’s real estate market, including its trends, history, and current state. He is very well informed and well read on relevant topics—and can therefore opine on future possibilities based on macro economic factors as well as local ones. His years of local experience really make a difference. Scott knows just about everyone in the real estate business around there. He was very responsive. And he has a great sense of humor and is fun to work with! Total package.

Scott was AWESOME to work with and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. Very professional and it went as smoothly as it could go!!! Once Scott told me what I needed to do to sell my house everything fell into place and the sell went through on time. He constantly updated me on offers and how things were moving forward. I’m super impressed and grateful for ALL his help??

Scott was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He listened, understood our goals, and helped shepherd us through what turned out to be a much longer and more complicated buying process than anybody anticipated. Over the course of a year he never dropped the ball. Throughout he was friendly, responsive, conscientious, and thoughtful. I would recommend him to anybody.
