Besides being a genuinely pleasant fellow to work with, Scott Warren is now one of two (I have another up north) truly terrific realtors I’ve worked with… and, unfortunately, I’ve experienced some not so terrific realtors through the years (just so you know I’ve got grounds for comparison.) As executor for an estate with two properties to sell in Watauga Co. and having to do so from a distance (I live overseas), Scott made the process of both sales painless (well, at least for me. He did some unexpected ‘grunt’ work that was truly appreciated.) Having no frame of reference for the market in that area, Scott did a great job of managing my understanding and expectations and then proceeded to exceed them. His years of experience, confidence and warm demeanor almost make me wish I had another property to sell there… ok, maybe not, but if I did Scott would be my go to!

Scott has been a terrific agent. He was extremely helpful through the buying process and has also been a great resource for us after sale. Scott is a great mediator between the buyer and seller and has always been available to answer questions. We would definitely call Scott in the future if we decide to buy or sell. Thanks, Scott!

We cannot say enough great things about Scott Warren with Boone Realty. Scott was our buying agent, and he went above and beyond from the time we started our home search in Boone to the closing on our new home. Scott was so knowledgeable about the area and could help point us in the right direction according to our criteria. Scott was always our advocate, making sure to be looking out for our best interest and went above and beyond to do so throughout the whole process. He was transparent, honest and prompt with his communications. He exceeded our expectations in troubleshooting hiccups we faced along the way. Scott is an amazing agent. Selling my home had some particular challenges, and he went above and beyond to assist in any way possible. He's extremely knowledgeable and can find a solution to almost any problem. He always provided multiple options and expertly advised me in the positive and negative aspects of each option. I was extremely happy with the outcome. It exceeded my expectations. Beyond simply finding a buyer, he acted as an intermediary with lawyers and located storage space that fit my needs. He genuinely cares about his clients and will do everything in his power to make things go as smoothly as possible. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
