We recently purchased a vacation home and were represented by Jen Quattlebaum. Jen,simply put,is fantastic. She’s personable,professional,knowledgeable and very responsive…we were in regular contact with Jen throughout the process. She’s even reached out to us since the closing.Once we decided to make an offer,Jen guided us through the negotiation process.We completely relied on her professional advice and were pleased with the outcome.The home closed for the amount Jen predicted from the outset… she knew exactly what the correct market price was for the home.More broadly,I think Jen would be successful in any endeavor she was involved in and if I had a local business I would reach out and try to hire her.

Jen is a true professional in every way. We worked with Jen for over a year building a new home. She provided knowledgeable and timely responses to our inquiries each and every time. And we had a lot of questions!. Her follow up was exceptional. She anticipated and shared information that made the sales and building process seamless. She was able to guide us from our initial inquiry through closing without a single hiccup! A truly impressive job performance.

Jen was an amazing partner to us in buying our vacation condo at Echota. She was able to show us the property on short notice which was great given we were only in the area for a few days. Her demeanor was positive, energetic, and helpful without conveying any sense of undue pressure. She knew the history of the property and readily provided us with the condo association's guidelines and fees. Jen recommended both an inspector and closing attorney, each of which was thorough and easy to work with. She assisted with price negotiations, enabling us to get to our target price. As the property had a couple of plumbing related issues, she put us in contact with an absolutely excellent certified local plumber who completed the work very expediently. Lastly, she did not "disappear" after closing and gladly provided a couple of additional recommendations for qualified services in the area. Throughout our interactions, Jen was consistently responsive, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. She is definitely one of the best Realtors we have encountered.
