Felt like he didn’t care. Didn’t answer questions. Didn’t close with him. Hiring another company. He took over after another contractor for his office failed to get HOA packet for buyers. They didn’t show up to closing and I had to have my attorney call the buyers realtor to find out what happened 24 hours after closing. no one called me. Scott promised he would save me money on my closing since this error happened. I believe this is why he really didn’t care about selling my house fast. My house was on the market since 2/23 til 7/23.

Scott was fantastic! He was responsive and answered any questions I had throughout the hone sale process, especially considering the financial status of our current economy. Scott did a lot of work behind the scenes to ensure the process kept moving. He ensured I got the best deal for my house but did not take advantage of the buyer. His team was also great to work with, especially Karen! I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor and team to sell my home! Thank you!
