We had the honor to work with Brittany for over a year trying to find the right home. Living locally, we asked to see something when it came available and she was super responsive to make time around our schedule and patient with our search. She and Lorraine ensured a seamless sale with no details overlooked. She is now busy assisting with what is needed to get our house on the market for sale. I give Brittany Johnston-Keller Williams Realty OBX 10 out of 5 stars and highly recommend her. We couldn't be happier.

My experience working with Brittany was spectacular. Brittany demonstrated the perfect balance of being low-pressure yet highly motivated to get me into my dream home. From start to closing, Brittany was always there for me to answer questions, assist with securing homeowner's insurance, negotiate, and give advice. As a 4th time homebuyer, I can unequivocally state that Brittany has raised the bar as far as real estate agents. I would 100% recommend Brittany Johnston to assist you in any real estate transactions. With Brittany, I felt like I was family, not just a client. My relationship with Brittany continues even well after closing on my beautiful new town home! I am still pinching myself daily that I am in my dream home, and Brittany was an integral part in getting the deal done.

Working with Brittany was amazing from the first day. She guided us through every step of selling our home. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy, and calm demeanor made selling our home easier than it could have been and gave us complete confidence she could get the job done - and SHE DID!! Brittany did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our beach house. We are very thankful for all her assistance since we live 7 hrs away. She was always available to answer every question we had. Even though we were far away, she made things easy for us. Whenever we were interested in a house, she would jump in the car and drive over and give us a virtual tour! We value all her advices and her expertise in the geographic area helped make our decisions a lot easier. She is very friendly, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Brittany did an above and beyond job helping us with our home purchase!! She was able to answer and assist with all of our questions and needs! Brittany made the process very stress-free and I would highly recommend her to anyway!!!
