We highly recommend Sarah Porquez to help with your real estate purchase, sale, and everything between. Sarah helped us purchase our 4 BR/3 BA home in Temecula which we used as an investment property. When we moved out of state, she secured tenants for us during the 6 years of ownership and when the last tenant became a problem tenant, she worked with us during the eviction process, and then became our project manager for our renovation and secured a staging company so the home showed beautifully. Sarah sent us photos of the progress of the renovation and was very responsive to our questions and worked within our budget. Her efforts brought us an offer higher than asking price with a smooth closing.

We recently had Sarah sell our house for us in Temecula, California. Words can’t do justice to the job she did! Starting with getting us hooked up with the Revitalization Program to get our house ready to sell with no money out of pocket until closing and finding us a Realtor in Nevada to help buy our new house. And she stayed extremely involved thru both processes! Any and everything that popped through these transactions we had Sarah there to offer solutions, help, and all options available to us!
