Sarah had been recommended by my best friend and she was awesome. I had decided to move back to Humboldt for retirement when she highlighted a beautifully landscaped gem by identifying all the numerous plants. By recommending local professionals to conduct inspections, all my concerns were addressed. She helped me craft a strong bid and we closed 3 weeks after first seeing my lovely new home. She even invited me to watch the Rumble Over the Redwoods from her horse field that weekend, and my welcome back to Humboldt was indelibly complete.

Sarah was very communicative with us during our house search process. Buying the right house can be all about timing and Sarah did a great job to prioritze our needs with her work and life schedule. We ended up looking at least 15 houses and she was very patient with us. Sarah wanted us to find the house that was right for our price, location, and for us as people as well. She was very well versed with the necessary documentation and all the paperwork that comes with real estate. I felt confident in her skill set throughout the process and never felt confused or out of the loop at all. Sarah is easy to talk to and easy to relate with. She has a tremendous track record of success and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Humboldt County. We absolutely love our house and are forever thankful to Sarah for all her hard work and determination.

Sarah was awesome with her knowledge of the area, Arcata/Eureka…Important to us because we are from out of the area and relocating!!! We had to trust Sarah with A lot because of that. She looked at places for us when we’re at our old address 5 hours away . She put together a couple of other written up offers on different places…We did find this Manufactured Home in a senior park in Humboldt hill in Eureka . They were asking 99.000 and Sarah helped us get it for 65,000 plus minimal cost of approx. 2750.00 , so 68,250.00 total !!! We are Very Happy with ALL of Sarah’s Help, and Would Recommend Her over Anyone Else !!! Thank You Sarah

Sarah helped me to find my dream property. She listened to what I was looking for and found a great match. Sarah was patient with me as I did numerous inspections and coordinated with lots of different contractors. She made my first home buying experience awesome! Sarah was a referral from a home placement program our company provided. We are so happy she was our agent. Being that we were 700 miles away and had only one day to visit potential properties, Sarah acted as our eyes and ears during the entire process including doing our home inspection and finding local contractors to help us with questions and projects. Our escrow process was also elongated so she helped maintain a positive relationship with the seller to keep everyone engaged thus keeping the purchase possible. Her professionalism, quick responses and creativity in the face of obstacles made our dreams come true.
