Working with Angelica Dunn was hands down THE BEST real estate experience we've ever had (and we've worked with a lot of agents over the years)! From the very beginning, she understood exactly what we were looking for and made the process of finding a rental property in Eureka completely stress-free. Her extensive knowledge of Eureka's neighborhoods helped guide us to the right areas and gave us confidence in ever decision we made. Kathryn did a great job helping us find a new house for my mom. She was super accommodating, listened to what we were looking for, and stayed on top of everything. She even let us know when new houses came in the market! I would highly recommend Kathryn to anyone in the Humboldt County area!

My wife and I were SO fortunate to work with Kim and Josh Quintal, in purchasing a primary residence in Humboldt County. We barely knew anything about Humboldt, so finding an agent intimately familiar with the locale was paramount. The Quintals sure did not let us down! Our purchase came with its fair share of challenges. Even when it looked like we might walk away, the Quintals reassured us our position was valid and we'd be reasonable to cancel! This is what you want in an agent. It's so easy to lose one's "north star" during a pressurized negotiation, and we were lucky to keep our feet on the ground by having Kim and Josh in our corner. Finally I should mention I was asking a million questions throughout the process, calling/texting/emailing at all hours, challenging contract language even of form documents, etc. But all the while the Quintals were the most supportive agents I could imagine, with prompt yet thoughtful responses to my questions and concerns. We are so happy with the purchase, and consider ourselves privileged to call the Quintals our friends and neighbors! Thanks so much!!

When our mother passed away, my sister and I made the decision to sell our family home. Fortunately, a decades-long friend had given me Kim Quintal's name and told me what a good job she had done when their family was in the same situation. Kim was so great, walking us through the whole process with clear explanations of what to expect and providing us with regular updates. She also promptly replied to any questions we had. We had several in-person meetings with her when we were in town taking care of other business but neither of us live locally so she was up to that 'challenge' and we were blessed with an almost immediate offer. Thanks for your expertise, Kim. We truly appreciate it!
