When I decided to sell my home, I interviewed 4 realtors who were top-of-the-line in their profession. Among them were Sarah and Tim Caudill. Although I was confident about the beauty and the value of my home, I was concerned about the realtor meeting my expectations. It was a difficult decision. I was extremely pleased that I picked the Caudills. Their marketing techniques work, they have the right attitude and I consider them highly efficient. They work quickly and quietly. Within 3 weeks, I received the right offer at the right price. We closed the sale a month later. I strongly recommend the Florida Life Real Estate Group, they certainly exceeded my expectations.

A well done to Sarah of Florida Life Real Estate Group . We sold a condo in New Smyrna Beach! They researched a selling price in the condo market and we had several offers in just two weeks. The process started just before Christmas 2024 , we had an offer in January 2025, closed in Feb 2025. The condo sold had some special repairs done in early 2024 and Sarah and Tim disclosed this to the buyers so that the buyers were confident in their purchase. The whole experience was seamless,a pleasure even though real estate transactions are often full of unexpected twists and turns for the seller. They were very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend Florida Life without reservation for: knowledge of the market , knowledge of real estate transactions, responsiveness, work ethic, and marketing. Well done!

This review is for a home sold in the Port Orange Daytona area. My mother's health had started to worsen, and she was no longer able to function properly in her home by herself. We quickly realized that we would need to sell her home in a very small time frame in order for her to come with me, and that we would be asking a lot of the realtor. I reviewed quite a few options in the Port Orange Daytona area, and I cannot express how relieved I am and how lucky I feel that we chose Tim and his team. From the moment I reached out to Tim, he was very energetic and positive about the situation. He reassured me every step of the way that we would get everything taken care in the time frame we needed to. His vast experience and knowledge of the market made for a swift assessment of a fair market value for the home given its condition, quick and accurate action on the listing, and landing what can only be described as an immediate buyer. The document process for the settlement and closing was super efficient, and their group was even able to accommodate my mothers disability in regards to singing the documents required to complete the sale. To say that Tim and his team took major pressure off of an already difficult situation, would be a gross understatement. If you are looking through reviews trying to figure out who to contact to buy or sell or home, look no further. I personally saw what Tim is capable of given super strict time constraints with unique circumstance, so it stands to reason that no sale will be beyond his ability. If you are looking for a true professional to put your trust in to sell or buy a home, and one who cares about the results for his clients, you won't be sorry.

We purchased our home within one month of meeting Tim. Tim and Sarah are very professional and attentive. Any question or concern we had in the whole process was addressed within the day. It was a pleasure to work with them. We highly recommend them.
