I strongly recommend. This is the team if anyone looking for someone knowledgeable and who they can trust. I first meet Tim and Sarah Claudill when looking for my home in NSB years ago. After that they have been help me with a rental and also trying to pursue a comercial space. They have same me from myself more than once. One time, I asked them to help me by mentoring a teenager who was interested in real estate and without hesitation they did. A lot of people are in real estate, but not everyone is an expert or have the work ethics.

Shannon did an outstanding job of helping us find the perfect home in NSB. She is very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. 5-star company across the board. Tim and Sara navigated us to what we believe was the maximum value our home would sell for in the challenging market. We liked that. They didn’t tell us what we wanted to hear just to get the listing. They were professional but, more importantly, they were accessible. Their marketing was superb. We can’t recommend them enough.
