Sam impressed me from the beginning, with his honesty and open communication style. He was very responsive from the start and came to our initial appointment, armed with relevant comps and an understanding of my property. His team ensured that I knew of every requested appointment. The app they use made scheduling a breeze. Stephanie Bustamonte was a dream to work with. She and Sam helped negotiate a wonderful purchase agreement for above-asking price, which is obviously a seller's dream. Rhonda helped walk me smoothly through the escrow process, once under contract. When milestones or hiccups came along, I could count on Sam and his team to help navigate them.
