Ryan helped us sell the first house we lived in. Ryan coached us picking the right price -- something much higher than we originally thought we could get -- and helped us negotiate through the ups and downs of the process. He was a steady voice of comfort when we were frustrated when the first buyer walked away from the sale, and was flexible when we had specific requests in the listing photography and description. We plan to use Ryan again in the future when we buy or sell properties. And we highly recommend him!

I was impressed with Ryans combination of professionalism and affable nature. He understood the Athens market and was able to maximize my expectations. He was responsive and communicative about the process and my questions and concerns. I found myself respecting and benefiting from his perspective and advice. And most of all, he was willing to go beyond professional expectations to make sure the process went smoothly and my needs and interests were met. I've bought and sold a number of houses over the years and can say in confidence that working with Ryan was my best experience out of all of them.

Ryan was the perfect buyer's agent for us as we hunted for an unconventional property within the tight Athens housing market. The first few properties we picked out for ourselves materialized into obvious duds as soon as we went to look them over. But Ryan listened carefully to our guidelines and found the perfect spot on the first try. He answer our emails quickly and fully throughout the closing process and make the whole thing a breeze. Highly recommended!
