We live in SC My husband's sister lived in PA H e was left with the task of taking care of the estate after she died We weren't sure who to trust being unfamiliar with the area We spoke to several agents in the area but could tell the others were just blowing smoke about what they could do Ryan was honest and upfront with us after seeing the place ( and it was really bad) about what he thought we could get from it With recommendations of reputable cleaners the place was a totally different house! After listed it sold quickly and for more than the asking price Ryan and Julie were awesome to work with and made the whole process go smoothly They deserve a 10 star rating,!

Ryan and his team were fantastic and really made this process as stress free as possible. Before we put our house on the market, Ryan came over and gave us an idea of the area, an ideal selling price along with a lot of thought on why it made sense. Not only did my house sell within the first few days, but it went almost word for word how Ryan said it would…including the selling price. A great team isn’t determined by one person…and Ryan surrounded himself with a great team. Julie kept in touch with us daily and let us know of any issues the buyers were having. She even set up our property inspection before I could get to it. Just great people all around. If you are looking to sell your house right, Ryan’s team is the way to go. My experience working alongside Ryan and Julie was exceptional. Selling any real estate property, but in particular, an estate property, is a big undertaking, but this team was professional, calm and committed through my entire process from beginning to end. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Ryan Petrucci contacted us after my sister passed away and was a big help with his advice and know-how to get her house cleaned out and sold, for a much higher asking price than we expected. I had a wonderful experience working with Ryan and Julie on selling my property in Delaware County PA. After they performed an intensive round of negotiations, Ryan secured a cash sale that was $75,000 over the Asking price, with all inspections waived. and the Buyers being responsible for the Township Use and Occupancy Certificate; all terms were very favorable to me. They performed 125 showings in 4 days! Can't thank them enough for the work and effort they put in to help me sell my property!
