In short, Ryan was amazing!!! I was looking to buy in St. Joe's and not knowing the area very well, Ryan was super informative, patient and honest in all things. He grew up in St. Joe's and knows the area like the back of his hand which instilled major trust in me. He was extremely patient with me as well (major snags selling my property in Chicago which put us a month behind schedule to close). I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy in the St. Joe's area. His expertise, honesty, patience and overall knowedge of real estate were immeasurable in helping me through this emotional process.
