Andrew assisted my fiancé and I in buying our first home. We completed the home buying process while we were living in another state and Andrew was always available to communicate, quick to book viewings, and a great personality to work with. We are very appreciative of his hard work in making sure this was an easy process for us.

Working with Andrew was an excellent experience. He brought a great deal of knowledge to the process along with a great deal of connections to help ensure the entire process went smoothly. We went into our search with a fairly good idea of what we were looking for, but not where, and his knowledge of the entire St. Louis area helped us narrow that down fairly quickly. From there, he went the extra mile at every turn to help us find a home while still living outside the area. Once we found a home, he added a lot of value to the negotiating and inspection process, where he was hands-on the entire way. We worked with the lending agency he recommended and everything through closing was smooth sailing.

Andrew is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Andrew made it as painless and straightforward as possible. I highly recommend him
