DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! He swears a LOT and was very hostile and aggressive towards me. I didn't feel safe and I had to leave. Maybe this guy was having a bad day, but this is not how anyone in business should be acting.

Ruben is an outstanding guy and was very helpful through everything. He went over the houses like he was actually the one buying it which was very helpful due to me being a first time home buyer and not knowing everything to look for. I would recommend him to anyone needing a realtor.

We attempted to rent a house in Merritt Island, Fla. Was very interested in the property and surprised that such a great place had languished on the market at an excellent price for >7 months. We were met with appallingly poor and quite possibly dishonest communication from this agent. We were summarily and rudely turned away for asking questions about the property and the rental policies—within 24 hours we went from attempting to schedule a tour of the property next week to "Oops, another applicant just applied"—and I quote: "We don't need you." Something smells fishy about the whole thing. I will never get anywhere near any property Mr. Garcia is representing again.

It has been about 20 years since we bought our last house, And a lot of things have changed. Reuben was there to walk us through every step of the way he helped us to find the appropriate people for appraisals and for inspections and was of great help ironing out wrinkles with the finance company. In our opinion Reuben went above and beyond in many aspects of his job. We had dealt with a number of people prior to finding him and they all seem to be more concerned with their agenda instead of ours, and Reuben was concerned with our agenda.
