Joe is a great realtor. We admired his negotiation skills as he worked with our buyers to get the price up by $10,000. He is super personable and communicative. We received emails and texts daily as negotiated the contract. He answered our texts the same day regarding contract, when to shut off utilities, and inspection date and time. We would recommend using Joe for all your real estate needs.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Milly Akins! She was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she couldn't respond at the time, she would let you know. She had sent me multiple emails of new listings and did plenty of home tours for me. Milly one afternoon as usual sent me a text with a new listing and told me to look at it and made me aware that it may not last long in the market. The house was a Gem, it had been fully renovated, it looked modern and it had everything I was looking for. We submitted an offer and now I am grateful to call that beautiful place home. If Milly hadn't sent me that text I would've probably lost the greatest offer ever. Milly guided me through the entire process of purchasing a home, she was honest with her responses and always gave me opinions based on her knowledge. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. My wife and I hit the "jackpot" when we met Amy! To say Amy is a professional would be an understatement. From "soup to nuts," Amy will "walk with you" through every detail. We consider her not just our realtor but a true friend.
