Amy had quick (and correct) answers, negotiated a great deal, and was always available! I’d strongly recommend Amy to homebuyers new to the area! She was fantastic!

During the whole purchasing process never once did we feel neglected by Joe, in moments of anxiety or clarity Joe was just a text away, always answering with confidence and reassurance and if it was something on site Joe would schedule to be the in 15 minutes but always arrived in 10. I liked Joe's casual yet very professional style, comforting without intimidating, no feeling ever that we had got something wrong and Joe getting things that we were not happy about fixed immediately. We are enlisting Joe to act as agent for the sale of our condo, never a thought for anybody else to do it. Highly recommended and so glad that we had Joe Friedman as our agent. Oh, and the whole deal from start to close took, maybe, 4 weeks. Thanks Joe :)
