During the whole purchasing process never once did we feel neglected by Joe, in moments of anxiety or clarity Joe was just a text away, always answering with confidence and reassurance and if it was something on site Joe would schedule to be the in 15 minutes but always arrived in 10. I liked Joe's casual yet very professional style, comforting without intimidating, no feeling ever that we had got something wrong and Joe getting things that we were not happy about fixed immediately. We are enlisting Joe to act as agent for the sale of our condo, never a thought for anybody else to do it. Highly recommended and so glad that we had Joe Friedman as our agent. Oh, and the whole deal from start to close took, maybe, 4 weeks. Thanks Joe :)

Amy was very good , friendly, dependable and professional. But more importantly, she went above and beyond by helping us get all inspections and lined up with multiple vendors for jobs that really needed to be done in the house before we moved in. We are truly grateful for her work. We will not hesitate to recommend her to our family and friends.

When we were looking at finding a property in Florida, I found Amy through great reviews. I am glad I did - she did not disappoint and we had a great experience working with Amy. From the very first conversation on a Sunday evening, she gave us great pros/cons to consider in the Brevard County area from condos near the beach to ultimately selecting a new build property in Viera. When we ran into delays and issues during the build process, not to mention living out of state, we could count on Amy to help support us locally and escalate at the builder. We enjoyed getting to know Amy, working with her, and would gladly work with her again in the future! Highly recommended - you will not be disappointed.

Amy is an outstanding realtor for many reasons. She has deep knowledge of the Space Coast area and the various towns. She sent us daily listings through the portal (we were out of state) and diligently answered all of our (many) questions. On our multiple site visits to the area, she was punctual, prepared, patient and always a joy to spend time with. (someone I would pick as a firned any day!) We came with very specific desires in a home as to location, layout, a and structure. None of these stipulations phased her and she kept looking for us and showing u every available option. Personally, Amy is engaging, friendly and super patient. Just a joy to spend time with. When things got rocky on our closing (because of our buyer for our out of state home) she was supportive and encouraging. She always recommended the safest route to meet our goal. She put our financial and legal safety first, very impressive. She would be a 10 star if you had that many on your form!

Lindsey & Harvey were extremely easy to work with and have gone above & beyond to make sure our selling & buying process went smoothly. They both are very knowledgeable of the area and have a network of referrals from Movers to Inspectors and Contractors all to make the process easier. We would definitely recommend them and their team to anyone looking to buy or sell.
