I initially worked with Joe to be my buyer's agent and had another agent in mind to sell my property because she specialized in equestrian properties. However, after working with Joe, I was impressed with his service and prompt communication. I did my homework and saw that he was a home sales leader in Brevard, and I went ahead and contracted with him to sell my home. The marketing campaign exceeded my expectations and within two weeks I had two offers for asking price.
