Roshonda was a delight during the home-buying process. She sat down with me and my family and went through the different steps of the home buying process. I'm sure I was quite difficult as we started our search, but eventually we landed on something I felt was a good purchase. A year later, I'm enjoying the house and considering another house purchase. If you are a first time buyer, as I was, and you need someone to guide you through the house buying process, answer all the questions, hold your hand, and let you know everything is alright, Roshonda Coleman is the agent you want. As a senior citizen and first time buyer not to mention NOT computer savvy, Ms. Coleman was patient and kind no matter how silly the question was. She answered her phone whenever I called, unless she was with another client and always called right away with an apology. She has a great sense of humor and made me laugh at myself when I worried needlessly. Just tell Ms. Coleman what you are looking for and she’ll find it for you. What can I say...what can't I say?? There is NO way in the world I would have been able to take this journey with anyone other than Roshonda Coleman. She was AMAZING!! She's knowledgeable, proficient, and kept be sane LOL! She worked on my behalf to ensure I was completely happy from A to Z. I have worked with her on both sides of the process. She's very passionate about her work and really cares about you. She goes way beyond of what asks of her and responds quickly to you whenever you have a question. Due to my wife's health we had A LOT of challenges, but she would step in and guide and educate us, plus she offered suggestions to help us beyond our home purchase. We would not have gotten this home if she didn't work so tirelessly work for us. She said she treats all her clients the same regardless of price point and we believe it because most people would have given up on us. Everyone knows about our angel agent. God bless her.
