Rosye represented us in both the purchase and ultimately the sale of our home in Orlando. Rosye Chowansky was our realtor when we were buying a house and selling a condo. We have a lot of good things to say about Rosye as a realtor as well as a person. I will try to summarize: - Rosye was recommended to us by friends; - Rosye was extremely professional and personable at the same time. She was patient and attentive to details. - Every interaction (by phone or in person) was always very productive, and not rushed in any ways. Rosye was NEVER pushy; - Rosye used up-to-date technology for document processing. I never needed to print, sign, scan, email, or fax any documents! I reviewed and signed most of the documents over the internet with my phone! Saves a lot of time. - Rosye is one of the hardest working, dedicated people I have met. She often worked very late evenings, and Saturdays. - Rosye sent us new matching listings daily. - Rosye was able to show us a house the same day we found it! - Rosye was never late.
