My wife and I had an excellent experience w/our realtor, Ana Semmel – she was extremely communicative throughout both real estate transactions in which we engaged her professional services (dual rep as buyers and sellers of real estate). Moreover, she was very knowledgeable and insightful with respect to various recommendations to aid us in the sale of our property. And as a full-service realtor who only charged us a 1% listing fee, choosing Ana was a no-brainer. Moreover, Ana has a very warm and affable personality. Selecting a realtor is simple, but performing one’s due diligence to obtain an exemplary realtor that will far exceed your expectations, is quite another story. Ana Semmel is such a realtor.

I recently sold a house in Oviedo Florida to move to California. I was in search of a reliable realtor and someone recommended Ana. She was very friendly and also knowledgeable so I hired her as my agent after the initial consultation. She made the entire house selling process easy for us with her excellent communication skills, expertise and exceptional services. But it didn’t end there. Because she only charges 1% for selling home, we saved thousands of dollars! We were very thankful to work with Ana. It was a very pleasant experience. I truly recommend Ana as your agent especially when you are selling your house. Just leave everything to her because you are in good hands.

We did a closing with TJ and he was very professional throughout the whole process. He was on top of communication the whole time. His sellers where very pleased and grateful. If you are looking for an agent I would recommend him to anyone.
