As this adventure begins: Not so long ago I decided to sell my home in Oviedo, Florida and move to a condo on the east coast of Florida. I immediately knew the only way to accomplish my goal was to contact Denise and Kristine McKinley, the very experienced and much sought after real estate team in Central Florida. Finding them was the easy part because everyone knows that at any local event, especially a charitable event, is where to find Denise and Kristine! You can actually see the glow of Denise’s smile from quite a distance! I was not easy to work with mainly because I was uneasy and nervous about my huge move. Along the way there were difficult sellers, buyers and their respective agents. I primarily dealt with Denise during my life change and knew that Kristine was working diligently behind the scenes on my behalf. I had a house to sell and a condo to buy and right from start they handled everything and always with a pleasant smile. Their encouragement was invaluable and I strongly suggest and highly recommend that if you are in need of a top shelf real estate service that you seek them out. As this adventure closes: In my effort now to not make this long story any longer, I will say, as I am tearing up, that had it not been for Denise and Kristine, I would not be in my dream home at this very moment.

The current market is very tough for buyers, making the home buying process extra stressful. Throughout my long (five months!) quest to find the right home, Denise stuck with me and maintained an optimistic attitude. Whenever I was interested in seeing a property, Denise immediately found room for me in her schedule and got me in the same or the next day. She helped me to evaluate the properties and my options and when I finally found the right one, her negotiating enabled me to get the deal I needed. She guided me through all the steps from deal to closing, stayed in constant communication with me, and the process went super smoothly. The most compelling endorsement I can give Denise is that this is repeat business – the second home I’ve purchased with Denise acting as my trusted realtor.

I would highly recommend Denise!!! As a first time home buyer we had a ton of question and Denise was very kind, patient, and helped us every step of the way. Denise was able to work around our schedule and was always flexible. Throughout the process Denise kept us informed and was on top of every detail even the ones we did not think of. Denise helped us find the perfect home!!! We will definitely be recommending Denise to all of our friends and family!

I contacted Remax in regards to a rental and Denise responded to that requested promptly and asked what I was looking for. When I explained my situation she asked if I thought about purchasing a home instead of renting. I of course said yes but had recently been turned down. Denise reached out to a contact that was able to approve me for a home loan. Denise quickly started looking for a home for me and my children. The process was quick, pain free and such a positive experience. I can’t thank Denise enough for making my dream a reality.
