Mr Rolanda is the Best real state agent anyone could ask for. When it comes to home purchasing, Being Military and not knowing a whole lot she basically made me an expert and now i own my first home and hoping to purchase many more with her help and guidance She worked extremely fast and even answered her phone at 10pm to answer questions for me and my wife. Rolanda represents one of the best when it comes working a potential a new home buyer in a unknown market. I first contacted Ms Rogers through the internet, she responded immediately and provided me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Even after she secured me the home I wanted, she guided me to the right contractors to make the necessary cosmetic changes. She is customer oriented and is next to none. This is based on my personal encounter with five realtors. I will recommend her to any of my friends.

Rolanda did an outstanding job for us. Her knowledge of the local area and housing market was instrumental in us finding and getting a great deal on our home. She was very responsive to my phone calls and quickly addressed my concerns. I love her straight forward approach and kindness. It was like working with an old friend who has your best interest at heart. She guided us through making the offer, inspections and working with the mortgage company.
