Bras is the best at his profession! He is kind and honest, knowledgeable and has fantastic insight. He helped us to get the house we wanted with great negotiation skills and professionalism. He also took great care in preparing us to sell our home! We had an offer(more than one) in less than 2 weeks! He is with you all the way through out the process! Cannot recommend more! Simply the best!

My wife and I have used Brad both for selling and purchasing homes. He is an extremely knowledgeable and no-nonsense agent. He never pushed anything on us and listened intently to our wishes, concerns, and hopes. I have recommended Brad to everyone I know and wouldn't think of using any other agent in the area. Brad was amazing to work with as we moved from Colorado to Georgia and were in a bit of a time crunch. He showed us lots of options and was extremely patient with us even after we changed neighborhoods on him! It is so worth it to have an agent like Brad who not only knows Columbus, but truly loves Columbus. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and helped us work out the best deal for our family. I can’t recommend him enough if you’re looking to buy (or sell) in the Columbus area!

From day one, Brad showed us all around Columbus with patience and fully understanding about what we said we were looking for. He kept constant contact with us, and looped us in on new listings that fell within our parameters, but somehow we never felt pressured. In the heat of the summer, he would make appointments and show us homes on the spur of the moment. We really appreciated his thoroughness and thoughtfulness during our entire home search and would use him again, if needed.
