Brad made the purchase of our first home possible for my wife and I, we truly couldn't have done it without him. His knowledge of the area and market trends was excellent, and he walked us through every step of the process with patience and kindness, often answering calls after with hours when that worked best for us. We trusted his judgement completely, which took so much stress off of us, purchasing a home from out of state. He was able to connect us with resources for everything from financing to HVAC. You can't go wrong with Brad's experience and willingness to walk through the process as a trusted partner.

We have worked with Brad several times, and he is always completely professional. He’s honest, fair, and has an excellent knowledge of the market. We had some repairs to make on our older home, and Brad put us in touch with reliable folks, that did great work at a fair price. He is also personally invested in the Columbus community, which makes all the difference! Highly recommend Brad Baker.

Selling our home in Columbus, GA with Brad was one of the easiest, most pleasant experiences we've ever had during any move. First, Brad knows the business and he is honest. You will always know he is on your team and working hard for you. Second, the communication was perfect! We knew what was going on each step of the way and felt prepared for whatever step was next. In addition to being honest and forthright, Brad has a humorous personality and a super positive attitude. You cannot help but know everything is going to work out and you are in good hands. Third, Brad went above and beyond. His full-service commitment is absolutely true. We were no longer living in town and he mailed us stray mail that had come to the house after we left, made sure the home looked its best, helped make the closing happen (even from a different state) and helped make sure the new owner was welcomed from us. It truly felt like a dear friend was helping us out through all of this. And, forth, but certainly not least important! Brad had multiple offers to us within days. The entire process was pleasant and quick. Brad is not only great at his job, he's a trustworthy, good person. We highly recommend working with him if you have a house to sell or you are looking for one.

Brad was a God send. I knew nothing about the buying process after one meeting I knew I was in good hands. Help me step by step and had an answer for any questions I may have had. I picked a house I’m in the house not even a full month later.
