Brad not only helped us through the process of buying a new home, but made the sale of our old home so smooth and simple. Brad answered every question we had and was able to help with inspectors, contractors and every thing else we needed. I would recommend Brad again and again for either buying or selling a home, and I would not go through the process again without Brad in my corner.

Looking for a new home for my family as a first time homebuyer was a daunting task - Brad made every step so much more approachable. He never made me feel dumb for questions I asked. He was patient with the specifics of what I was looking for. He made himself available to look at so many houses and arranged it so i could look at several in a quick afternoon. He shared his knowledge and expertise with me in areas I wouldn’t have even known to consider. But the best part of Brad is he is personable. He doesn’t just sell houses because it’s a job - he genuinely cares about the people that he works with. If he’s selling a house for you he will do all that is in his power to get the best deal for you because he cares about you as a person. And if you’re buying it’s the same. He sees each person as an individual and truly cares about the unique needs that each client he works with has. That is worth its weight in gold when you’re doing something as big as buying/selling a home. I recommend Brad to anyone without hesitation.

Working with Brad was such a pleasure! Never once did I feel like he was pushing us to buy a house like a “salesman,” and always felt like he gave honest opinions. Each house he would give pros and cons and honest thoughts of why he would/wouldn’t buy the home. I never felt like he was “just trying to make a sale” or anything like that! I felt he truly wants you to get a good home without any rush. We were grateful for all of his knowledge, walking us through each step, and through the process I felt like we gained a trusted friend. He also has a ton of contacts to helpful people in the home industry from lenders to handymen. 1000% would work with Brad again and recommend him to friends and family! He also did an amazing job in the negotiations at the end! Beginning to end we were grateful to be working with Brad!
