Brad is incredible! He helped us sell our house in Columbus, Ga in less than a month (from initial discussions about selling to closing). He and his team were communicative, and their willingness to work on our behalf and patiently walk us through the nuances of selling a home made the process painless and stress free. We were referred to Brad by a friend when we moved to the area. We provided him our wish list and he delivered exactly what we were looking for! Fast forward 3 1/2 years and we contacted Brad again to sell the house. He provided tips to help it sell quicker and we were under contract in less than 24 hours. At every step of the sale process he provided updates and could use his contacts to help with small issues. From start to finish Brad made the process of buying and selling our house smooth and stress-free. He was patient with my questions and went above and beyond for us. We had the privilege to work with Brad for the selling of our Midland GA home a few years ago and, a year later, with the purchase our Cataula GA home which he also managed to sell in a time frame that was much faster than what we were expecting. From my first phone call to Brad asking to see a home he had listed, he made our experience a joy! When we toured the home for the first time, we instantly knew we wanted him to sell our existing home because he was so professional and above all else, SO KIND! He was always quick to respond to my many questions and made me feel I was important. We asked his advice on many matters on selling our home, and so glad we did because his advise saved us money! We had to sell our home before we could purchase the new home which made it a little stressful for me but he was always reassuring that my house would sell. It sold in two months and we closed the very day our contingency date was set for our new home. IT WAS PERFECT! It was a joy to work with Brad on our journey of buying and selling our home. We highly recommend Brad to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home. HE'S THE BEST!
