Roland and Candace are a joy to work with. Their professionalism, knowledge, negotiating skills and responsiveness are outstanding. In the selling of my home , they went above and beyond what was expected of them. Selling my home of 21 years was very emotional for me, but Roland and Candace made it much less so. They listened and were responsive to my concerns, even helping me clear out my house. They pitched in and helped every step of the way. With Roland and Candace, you feel like you are their only client. With their hard work, we received multiple offers, all above asking. I can’t recommend the Roland and Candace highly enough!

What a great team! Candace and Roland are first class agents with long term area knowledge. They held our hands throughout the intricacies of the home buying process, and were the key to finding our new home in the Pasadena area. Roland and Candace created a customized feed to help us learn, preview and chose suitable listings, then they led targeted tours to familiarize us with selected neighborhoods and properties. Their guidance and knowledge helped us find a lovely home and get under contract. Then they arranged property inspection experts to make sure all was good. They are professional, fun and friendly. They helped us navigate the realty process from start to finish, manage its complexities, and were always highly responsive to our questions. Roland and Candace, at every step, have been consistent, wise, and kind during our home buying process. Their recommendations on how much to bid, guidance on what homes to look for, and their patience with us and our questions were simply incredible. We could not have been in better hands than with them. And now, we have the home we have always wanted, at a good price. Their recommended lender got us the lowest rate we could find, and believe me - we spoke to about 12 lenders! They are so knowledgeable, and also incredibly organized and thorough. I can only hope you will decide to work with them - they are going to perennially be our realtors going forward!

Candace Gunther and Roland Wilhelm helped in innumerable ways to make my cross-country move as successful, seamless, joy filled, and stress free as it could possibly be. They are a remarkably strong and insightful team who listen thoughtfully and are knowledgeable about regulations, construction issues, and area resources. Their ability to anticipate possible issues, do the research, and have answers at the ready made my venture smooth and doable, every step of the way. I felt fully supported and very well represented. Together, we found a wonderful home. Most importantly, they are kind. I would turn to them again for real estate advice in a NY minute.

Roland and Candace were referred to me by a trusted friend who is a property management executive. Upon meeting them and spending time discussing my priorities and addressing my questions and concerns, laying out to me their experience and strategies, assuring me that whenever I needed them to respond to something, they would be there for me, I was cautiously optimistic enough to give them a try. I am happy to say that they completely lived up to how they conduct business with their clients and with others. When listing day arrived, Roland and Candace were at my house from 8:30 a.m until dark, showing the house and answering questions for the prospective buyers and their agents. They were present for every showing and every significant appointment. Within 7 days, I had 22 offers, all above list price (which was already priced well for the neighborhood). They assembled the offers into an on-line package for me, and the three of us went over it, examining the pros and cons of each one, and came to the same conclusion about which one to accept and which to choose for backups. They took the proactive step of contacting the lender of the buyer before we accepted the offer to better determine if the buyer would be able to fulfill his offer price. This is just one of the many proactive steps they take; they don’t wait for something to happen in order to react, they go after it beforehand. They handled so many tasks for me--prior to and after the sale--which was so very helpful because I had moved to my new residence in another town. In short: They can be trusted and counted on to keep their word and do what they promised They have solutions and recommendations for the client to consider and choose and explanations of pros and cons They know what they are doing in real estate and have many successes to prove it They work hard and put in whatever time it takes to accomplish what’s needed They are proactive every step of the way They keep the client informed and included on everything Their referrals are spot on! I used the painters, handymen, specialty contractors, and the staging company they recommended. I referred those people to my friends. The staging company worked miracles and it paid off They are patient, positive, always available, easy to work with, and honest I am certain that their marketing strategy, their recommendations for actions, their knowledge of the market and of successful industry practices, the time and enthusiasm they put in to their job, their proactive overseeing of the escrow activities, the referrals they gave me, and their winning personalities contributed to my selling my house for several hundred thousand dollars over list price! I always learned something from them in every significant portion of the entire sales process, and I always enjoyed working with them throughout. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
