You are an excellent communicator and every time I called you, you always answered and always kept me informed on everything . You were able to sell my house in less than three months and I am extremely grateful for you and everything you did to help my family and I move in a quick easy manner.

When Ahmad started working with me I was all over the place I kept changing my mind but he remained patient with me and once I finally made up my mind he showed me many homes and was honest about them he didn't rush me into picking a home just so he could make his commission his words yo me was " I want you to find a home you fall in love with " he listened to my wants and needs and found me my new home he was available any time of the day through phone calls and text he made the stress of buying a home so much easier and I trusted him through the whole process he was knowledgeable of every aspects of the process I will definitely use him again and I also gained a new friend in the process

Ahmad is, peace of mind, in the flesh. I am a very cautious, not easily trusting person I am writing this on 10/3 but closed back in May. Ahmad got me a new AC, a new septic system, and got the price of the home we so eagerly wanted at a lower cost at none of our expense. Ahmad was very transparent and kept it honest with us all the way through. I was a pain at times constantly asking questions an inquiring many properties, not once did Ahmad slow down, or keep us hanging all while having a very important life at home with a newborn. If I ever buy more property I will absolutely never think of contacting anyone else other than Ahmad. Thank you for helping us accomplish a dream for our family. This home has surpassed expectations and has brought endless peace and happiness to our family.

Destiny put me in contact with Ahmad and that was a gift! This is our first time buying a house and he helped us all the way to the finishing line. First, he got us an expert mortgage broker and we achieved our dream house in less than 2 months. His negotiating skills are amazing! Communication skills top notch and he is fun to work with, but laser focused on what he does best for his clients. I found trust, confidence and sense of friendship working with Ahmad. If you are clueless about buying a house like we were, he will walk you through it every step of the way. Ahmad made us feel like family! He was super responsive and attentive to our feelings and needs. He was able to take into account we run on a newborn’s schedule and was able to accommodate our viewing times. He took the time to explain everything and made such a welcoming environment for us to approach with any questions we had. He was able to make a very stressful situation into a smooth transition! We highly recommend him and will continue to use him going forward!
