I would really like to thank Ahmed again for everything he did for my family and I. He made himself available throughout my complex schedule. He was rapidly responsive so I never had to make sure I wasn’t unsure of anything. He personable, he was able to respect and appreciate what I was looking for in a home that fit the needs of my family. Overall, I’m satisfied with having someone very knowledgeable about the market to walk me through the home buying process.

Ahmad is the realtor you want on your side hands down. My wife and I got denied from a bank. Ahmad didn’t panic. He recommended us to his loan officer. They were able to save the deal on the property we wanted . Our backs were up against the wall so many times. We came out on top and closed the deal. This is our 4th closing with Ahmad. He’s personable and knowledgeable. Use him because he’s about relationships.

We are delighted to give a glowing recommendation for Ahmad Karain's services. We were incredibly pleased with the service received for the recent purchase of our dream home! The home-buying process can be extremely difficult, but Ahmad was fantastic every step of the way. Ahmad was quickly accessible to help with everything from identifying possible properties to negotiating the best contract! He is also incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market and so much more. He is incredibly professional and arrives on time for all appointments. He helped us find our new home faster than we ever thought possible! His keen eye for detail and understanding of our needs were commendable. His knowledge of the area was impressive, and he was able to use this to our advantage when negotiating. He was incredibly organized and always kept us informed every step of the way, no matter the time of day or night! Once our home negotiations were finalized and under contract, Ahmad assisted us throughout the inspection, paying close attention to detail and assisted with getting all necessary repairs completed before moving forward. Often times he would be onsite immedietely after the inspection with us at the property ensuring that the work was completed and repaired to our specifications! Not only did he assist us with finding our dream home, but he is currently helping with selling our previous home. We spoke with Ahmad and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and provided TONS of info on comps in the area. Ahmad made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and complete drone-video footage, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. He made all the necessary phone calls on our behalf and did so in an extremely professional manner. When we saw our listing, we were absolutely blown away! He is extremely resourceful and helped us find many reputable suppliers for our new home, such as electricians, flooring experts, painters, and so on which was a blessing to us! The best part about working with Ahmad was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. Whether buying or selling, THIS IS YOUR GUY! We appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout this entire process and would recommend him to anyone IN A HEARTBEAT! His hard work and dedication with never be forgotten! We now consider Ahmad a close friend and will continue to use him in the future for all of our home-buying (or selling) needs :)

Ahmad was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we first met to settlement he was there every step of the way constantly checking in and making sure that our experience was perfect! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and always has a positive can do attitude and a smile on his face. Whatever you need Ahmad has got your back. I truly feel like I have made a friend through this process and would strongly recommend Ahmad to anyone.

Ahmad was 15 out of 10! We can’t speak highly enough of Ahmad as our real estate agent. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. We will never consider looking for another agent besides him! Thank you Ahmad! 100% recomended
