I have purchased a few homes in my long life and I think working with Ashley Kirk was by far the best experience. Besides being a very nice person, Ashley was the consummate professional. She knew exactly what needed to be done and was constantly working to get there. She was always thinking ahead. Closing went super smooth, because everything was prepared ahead and in order. Ashley Perry is an amazing realtor and should be your only choice if you’re looking to buy or sell. She is so personable and down to earth that she made the home searching process so simple. She listened to our needs and wants and found us many amazing properties and scheduled us viewings to properties we asked about too. It truly was an experience she tailored to us. She made every showing fun and the laughs we shared truly made the home buying process a precious one for us. She was there every step of the way to be a guiding hand and a shoulder to cry on. While we only needed Ashley’s expertise for buying our first home, her knowledge about the market and her skills as a realtor, I don’t have an ounce of doubt that her selling abilities are just as stellar.
