Todd and his team were AMAZING! My husband and I were first time home buyers and had no clue what we were doing. We felt very comfortable with Todd and knew he would represent us well. Todd is very knowledgeable, sincere, and personable. He went to bat for us and negotiated us a great deal. He always responded quickly and professionally to our questions, heard and validated our concerns, and guided us on all of the new home nuances. We 100% recommend Todd and his team. Katie was also great to work with on our closing. We will definitely use Todd and his team for our next home sale and/or purchase!
