In what ended up being over a year-long search for our forever home, Rob was a catalyst for a memorable journey. He is clear and prompt in his communication throughout the duration of being on your team. My partner and I were not only looking for a new home, but had to sell a current one in the process. Even more because we were already in a beautiful home we'd made our own, in looking for our forever spot we put constraints on Rob as we had specific expectations adhering to location and size of lot, among many others. Rob was attentive, resilient and supportive from both the perspective of buyer and seller. He continually put our wishes, goals and needs first in conversations with other agents in an astounding effort to help our offers be most considered. Robert was amazing! We bought our home sight unseen from North Carolina, while my husband was also in Korea. Robert did a fantastic job communicating with both of us, despite the big time change & always worked around our schedule. Anything we asked he did, and he went above and beyond looking at the homes & the areas for us! He definitely had our best intentions in mind! We couldn’t have picked a better person to help us find out home!

Worked with Rob to buy and sell a home now. No one else I would rather work with. Him and his team made the process wildly smooth. When purchasing we closed within a month and saw a very similar timeline to the selling.
