Bob was an incredible help with the sale of my Mother's house. His expertise helped me in making decisions about listing price, negotiations, and what to expect during the whole selling process. In addition, his knowledge of all kinds of resources in the area helped me immensely in the process of clearing out and cleaning my Mother's house before we listed it. He also was very quick about responding to my calls or texts. I know that in the future I will be calling him for advice on contractors, and other people to help with the upkeep of my own house. In addition, I will definitely be calling Bob when I am ready to sell my house, and purchase a new house. I would definitely recommend Bob for anyone selling or buying a house.

Robert did an outstanding job for my family and we can't be any more pleased with the entire process start to finish. His thirty-plus years of experience accurately determined an attractive sell price for the property. He held an open house within days of listing and there were multiple offers and and the property sold within a week of listing and we closed in thirty days. He is professional, and very personable as well. He was never too busy for questions by phone or email and answered promptly. We wholeheartedly recommend him for any real estate need you have.

I highly recommend using Bob as your agent. He just recently handled the sale of my home and the purchase of my new one. He made both processes so easy for me, I did not have to worry about a thing. He is extremely knowledgeable and ALWAYS comes prepared. After closing over a month ago he is still there to answer any questions I have. I also have to add in that his assistant Beth is amazing as well. Highly highly recommend!

I live out of state (inherited property from a family member) and Bob couldnt have done a better job. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, responsivle and most importantly maximized my sale price in an efficient sale process. Bob made sure the property was in appropriate show worthy condition, without spending money unnecessarily that I wouldnt get a return on. His knowledge of the local market helped us price the property correctly resulting in multiple showings and a competitive bid process.
