From day one, Rob was so professional and shared all the information with extremely quick response time. There were a couple of bumps during the process, Rob was on top of everything. He is very knowledgeable about Molokai, his natural communication process and connecting with us was beyond amazing. He blew our expectations out of the park. I highly recommend Robert. I've worked with a large number of professionals for a variety of services over a lifetime. My experience with Robert Stephenson (Rob) falls in the category of most enjoyable, efficient and effective, and well executed service of all of my transactions spanning six decades. Rob is a consummate professional and precise communicator. He manifests total dedication to his client even though he is busy with family, civic and community service activities. Rob was referred to me by Zillow when I was searching for a home in Maui County. The referral was seamless and meeting him has been joy by surprise. I am very grateful. Rob also referred me to a continuum of other professionals including insurance agents, inspectors, contractors, and various agents and support people. All of them have been exemplary. Rob is the essence of Moloka’i and everything it’s about. All Aloha. I’ve had the blessing to work on Molokai a few times over the past 15 years. The first visit I told myself this would be my retirement island. When my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s it was move back to the mainland for me or move Mom to the islands. I knew Moloka’i would be the perfect fit for her while I worked my last few years before retirement. By chance I found Rob on line and after our first conversation on the phone I knew I found the man for the transition. Rob went well above and beyond the call of duty as my agent. He has the contacts for movers, house insurance, or anything else one may need to assist with your move. I didn’t question any of his recommendations and have nothing to say but aloha to all of them. I flew over to MoloKai for the day and Rob met me at the airport and drove me and my son around all day - taking us to a number of properties. He is amazingly connected to the community and a very respected and well liked member. Rob kept stressing that we are building a relationship and we’ll take the time/energy to do it right. I felt absolutely no pressure from him ( unlike other experiences I have had). I will be purchasing a property within the next 3 to 9 months and I’m confident Rob will take care of me every step of the way. I trust him completely - so important.
